Start with green sauce and chips.

🍤 Seafood and Green Sauce

Inca's Grill Peruvian Kitchen puts classic Peruvian cooking on the table at 126 Lincoln Avenue on Staten Island. Begin with chips and green sauce before turning to the tostones, piled with shrimp and avocado.

The seafood selection includes a trio of ceviche, octopus, and calamari. Seasoned lomo comes with white rice for a different plate, and specials can include scallop ceviche or surf and turf. Ask which of those specials is available when you order rather than counting on a particular one.

Chef Caesar brings fine dining training and experience with European cuisine to the kitchen, applying that background to both Peruvian dishes and drinks.

Opening hours run Tuesday through Thursday from noon to half past nine PM, Friday and Saturday from noon to 10 PM, and Sunday from noon to 9 PM, while the restaurant stays closed on Mondays.
