Description
Founders Armando and Emilce Gelista got their start in 1991, baking bread from a small apartment and delivering door-to-door and to local businesses. Steady demand led to their first formal storefront in Garland in June 1995. The operation has since expanded to include a second location in Carrollton, keeping the business family-run and centered on recipes prepared just like at home.
