Description
Before establishing bakeries in Garland and Carrollton, founders Armando and Emilce Gelista started out in 1991 baking from a small apartment and delivering door-to-door to neighbors and local businesses. That venture grew into their first storefront in 1995. Today, the family-run space remains centered on traditional home-style cooking, pairing trays of sweet breads with regional Atitlán and Antigua coffees.
