Inside the Embarcadero Center, the restaurant features royal Thai-style decor and a menu centered on traditional-meets-modern plates. Executive chef Lalita Souksamlane established the business in 1996, starting with a small noodle house on Geary Street before expanding the brand across San Francisco over 27 years.
