Opened in 2000 along China Basin, the venue is known for scenes unique to its waterfront edge, where fans wait in kayaks in the bay to catch home run balls cleared over the right-field Arcade. Inside, concourses host diverse local food vendors alongside clear sightlines from most seats. Outside game days, guided year-round tours open access behind the scenes. The layout is clean and simple to navigate, though visitors note that seats in the 300 level are a bit uncomfortable.
