Caldos are started from scratch every morning, anchoring a menu built on Salvadoran home recipes where nothing comes out of a box. Pupusas come stuffed with cheese, beans, chicharrón, loroco, or revueltas, while the rest of the kitchen turns out regional staples like whole mojarra frita and sopa de gallina india alongside fresh mariscos. Plates are cooked fresh on East Charleston Boulevard, with a traditional breakfast served daily.
