Non-VIP wristbanding starts at 8:00 AM sharp at Stair 4 and closes at 1:00 PM, with official line formation beginning at 4:00 PM and arena doors opening at 5:30 PM. Camping out or lingering anywhere on arena property is strictly prohibited.
