Okonomi / Yuji Ramen

This Williamsburg kitchen operates on the philosophy of Japanese mottainai cuisine. The dining experience is intimate, centered around a counter where a handful of guests eat in a quiet, relaxed room. During the day, the kitchen offers only two set menu options. The larger set features grilled salmon, hamachi, and a comforting, custard-like egg cooked with milk that can be upgraded with ikura over rice. In the evenings, the menu shifts to an a la carte selection of mazemen and seafood-focused ramen.
