Description

The kitchen prepares traditional dishes uncommon outside Japan, including marinated firefly squid, chicken gizzards with green onions, and beef-stuffed tamagoyaki. The motsunabe hot pot features beef offal, tofu, cabbage, and garlic chives, while the eel don is served with a numbing seasoning on the side. Other options include grilled mackerel, tender fried chicken, and a pork katsu sandwich finished with a touch of mustard. A selection of sake pairs with the meal in the relaxed, compact dining room.
