Oak Smoke Meets Brisket at Brooklyn Communal Tables

Barbecue starts with cafeteria style ordering, then opens onto pulled pork, wings, baked beans, and outdoor space for dogs.

Plan a smoky barbecue meal.

🔥 Smokehouse Plates

The oak smoke hits before you reach the counter at Mable's, a rustic Williamsburg barbecue hall where tender brisket and St. Louis ribs set the tone. Platters come off traditional family recipes, and ordering runs cafeteria style at the counter before you carry the tray to the long communal tables.

Pulled pork and chicken wings fill out the meat side, with baked beans, mac and cheese, and potato salad on the sides. The main hall doubles as a party room for office functions and birthday parties, which makes it a natural call for a big group. Outside, a dog friendly patio lets the four legged crew tag along.

Hours run from noon to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and from noon to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday, with room for a casual lunch, an early dinner, or a later weekend plate. Grab brisket and ribs, add mac and cheese, and claim a seat at the communal table.
