NoMad Korean Comfort Food That Runs Past Midnight
Korean dishes bring creamy udon and crispy sweet corn pancakes to a warm Manhattan setting.
🌶️ Korean Fusion After Hours
Take 31 brings Korean dishes with subtle fusion twists to NoMad, with a menu built for sharing. Start with creamy udon tossed with shrimp and squid, then move through smoky jajangmyeon, budae ji gae, kimbap, or sweet and sour pork with kelp butter. Crispy sweet corn pancakes add the signature turn, while tteokbokki brings a distinct spicy kick.
Soft lighting and indie music set the mood, and the kitchen balances the richer plates with chicken wings, fries, and sweet desserts. The room is geared toward sharing plates among friends, which makes a group order spread across the table the easy call for a late dinner.
Monday through Thursday run from half past five PM to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 3 AM, and Sunday from 5 PM to midnight. Last seating is half past ten PM Sunday through Thursday and half past one AM Friday and Saturday, with limited seating inside.
