Description

Finding the restaurant starts with navigating a hidden entrance that can be tricky to spot. Inside the skyscraper base, the experience unfolds across two floors of leather and art. It is a larger, louder room where a dressed-up crowd gathers. A live DJ sets the tempo, playing music over a sound system balanced enough to let you hold a conversation, though there is no dancing. The kitchen serves Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's signatures: the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño offers a clean, citrusy heat, while the sweet, lacquered black cod with miso carries a rich, fermented depth.
