Helmed by Chef Rasika Venkatesa and named for her grandmother, this 45-seat restaurant draws interior design inspiration from a South Indian village through deep green walls, warm neutrals, and Moroccan clay plaster. The kitchen blends Chennai roots, seasonal New York produce, and techniques gathered across Tamil Nadu. Dishes span lamb sukka dumplings, cured scallops under panakam granita, tilefish with Nagapattinam manga curry, filter coffee soft serve, and low-ABV cocktails.
