Founded in 2019, the restaurant features menus shaped by Chef Emmanuel Piqueras and Executive Chef Jose Ventura Lozano. The stylishly decorated space serves dishes like lomo saltado, empanadas, and fish tacos, alongside avocado salad with grilled chimichurri chicken. Beyond the main dining space, Mojo hosts private gatherings in its dedicated Tulum Room.
