Mina's Kitchenette

Behind the counter, Ate Mina and Ate Letty prepare home-style Filipino classics. Ordering follows the turo-turo style: you point to dishes in a buffet display to be plated for your table. The selection includes Bicol Express, lechon belly, pork BBQ, and beef short ribs, alongside empanadas made with a fluffier dough. For dessert, there is halo-halo and turon. The dining space is lined with shelves of Asian snacks, condiments, and juices.
