Perched over a lagoon pool, this South Seas hideaway pairs salvaged Balinese woodwork with more than 80 rums.
Description

Upstairs from the pool, the approach is lined with teak recycled from 100-year-old Balinese fishing boats, overhead lighting fashioned from Balinese chicken cages and hand-blown glass, and monolithic Polynesian statues. Inside, seating branches into Indonesian oil drum furniture, benches cut from river-salvaged teak trunks, and a bar made of Balinese monkey pod tree. The kitchen and bar draw from the Caribbean and South Seas with dishes like coconut prawns alongside tropical cocktails, and the room turns 21 and over after 9pm.
