🚤 Three Nights at The Otter
🌶️ What's on the Table
The menu is fixed and built for sharing. Crispy chicken skins with zaep and sweetcorn fritters open the meal, followed by a chicken and lemongrass salad and stir-fried morning glory in soy bean sauce. Minced beef with holy basil and a crispy pork and black pepper curry carry the heat, with jasmine rice on the side and pineapple pie to finish.
🎶 London's Soho Meets New York's SoHo
Speedboat Bar is Luke Farrell's Thai-Chinese spot in London's Soho, and this pop-up is its first time cooking in the US. The Otter on Thompson Street hosts all three nights, with a colorful cocktail list poured alongside the food. Thai hyperpop plays through the speakers all evening. Bring a few friends and order a round as the plates land.
