Speedboat Bar x The Otter

Luke Farrell's London-based Speedboat Bar takes over Manhattan for its first-ever New York pop-up, soundtracked by Thai hyperpop. The three-night event centres on a preset menu of Thai-Chinese dishes and cocktails, featuring crispy chicken skins with zaep seasoning, sweetcorn fritters, chicken and lemongrass salad, stir-fried morning glory, minced beef with holy basil, crispy pork and black pepper curry, jasmine rice, and pineapple pie.
