Starting as a farmers market pop-up, the bakery now makes its tarts baked from scratch, rolling and folding the pastry with European butter. The signature pastéis de nata feature a crisp, layered crust and a rich custard that balances sweetness without feeling too heavy. Alongside the traditional recipe, which gets a light dusting of cinnamon, the menu rotates through seasonal flavors like yuzu, mango sticky rice, and pistachio cream. Lisbonata operates as a walk-up window with no indoor seating, providing only an outdoor bench and standing tables under an awning.
