Description

Named in honor of the late U.S. Congressman Leo J. Ryan, the park is structured around recreation and civic events, crisscrossed by walking and jogging paths and wide grassy lawns. Its outdoor amphitheater regularly stages concerts, community gatherings, and Foster City's annual Fourth of July celebration. Alongside picnic spots and a children's playground, the grounds provide open lagoon views, with room across the shoreline for both relaxed gatherings and time out on the water.
