Description

As one of the first Malaysian restaurants in New York to earn a Michelin star, the kitchen focuses on preserving Southeast Asian flavor profiles using regionally authentic spices. Inside, the space mimics a traditional Malaysian shophouse straight out of Penang or Melaka, offset by casual hawker-centre signage. The dining room gets loud and tightly packed, even on weekdays. While plates like Char Kway Teow and skewers deliver standout flavors, the experience comes with elevated pricing.
