Kosher Sourdough Pizza With Tangy Crusts in Brooklyn
Eat thin New York style slices and calzones at a shop pairing its dough with Kehila Kashrus supervision.
🍕 Sourdough Beyond the Slice
Se'or Pizza takes the classic New York style slice through a sourdough lens at 3005 Avenue K in Brooklyn. The crust brings tang and crisp edges to thin pies at this kosher shop, while calzones sit alongside the slices. The collaboration brings together the team behind That Sushi Spot and Brooklyn pizzeria Wheated.
Dough is also the thread running through garlic knots and cheese pretzels. Toppings range from low moisture mozzarella to burrata and pecorino Romano. The kitchen operates under Kehila Kashrus supervision and follows Cholov Yisroel and Kemach Yoshon standards. The name comes from the Hebrew word for sourdough.
Doors open from half past eleven AM to 7 PM Monday through Wednesday and Sunday, half past eleven AM to 8 PM Thursday, half past eleven AM to 3 PM Friday, and half past eight PM to midnight Saturday, when service is pies only.
