Korean Hand Roll Omakase With a Michelin Star

Taste Korean hand roll omakase course by course in Hell's Kitchen, a Michelin starred dinner that punches above its price.

Start with the first hand roll.

🍣 Roll by Roll in Hell's Kitchen

Mari takes its name from the Korean word for roll, and the team behind Kochi builds a full Korean hand roll omakase around that idea in Hell's Kitchen. The progression leans bright, fruity, and aromatic, moving through egg with caviar, amberjack, and spicy tuna, with umami rich morels among the appetizers.

The format is the draw. Hand rolls carry the arc from the first course to the last, which keeps a Michelin starred tasting menu playful and light on its feet. Service runs crisp and friendly, and a beverage pairing of seven pours sits alongside the courses for 110 dollars.

Timing shapes the night. Dinner starts at 5 PM every day and runs until 10 PM on Friday and Saturday, closing at half past nine on the other nights. Book an early table and let the whole progression unfold at an easy pace.
