Description

Inside the minimalist, wood-accented space, dining centers on detailed dish progressions. The extended Kome Kosu prix fixe begins with a starter trio—a tuna avocado cone, oyster with ikura and yuzu, and cucumber octopus salad—before advancing to black miso cod and beef carpaccio topped with shimeji, truffle oil, and sunchoke chips. Handrolls feature seasoned rice and generous portions of high-quality fish, holding up equally well for in-house dining or takeout.
