Private griddle chefs double as entertainers here, tossing jokes and showing off griddle skills for families and groups of friends. Beside the main griddle tables, the restaurant features a dedicated sushi bar and a sake bar stocked with over 50 bottles of wine, liqueur, and sake. The menu spans starters like chicken gyoza and wonton baskets to traditional hibachi and chicken plates. The venue has recently expanded its space into the back to accommodate more reservations.
