Description

Named after the fourth US president, this 0.36-acre concrete triangle is tucked right next to the Verizon building, bordered by housing projects and a high school. Although it is regularly used by neighborhood locals, it manages to stay never crowded or loud. Aside from places to sit, the plaza's main feature is a central globe sculpture, offering a functional spot to pause while walking through the area.
