Designed by architects Rapp & Rapp, the 2,253-seat hall opened in 1926 as the Oriental Theatre—on the former site of the Iroquois Theatre—before taking its current name in 2018. Beneath interior details that feature elephant-throne lighting and Indian architectural motifs, the hall offers clear acoustics that let songs and spoken lines carry cleanly to every seat. The space is spotlessly clean with comfortable seating, though showtime crowds frequently face long entrance lines and packed restrooms.
