🍜 Bò Kho and Beyond

Tucked away at 172 Orchard Street, Saigon Social turns out contemporary Vietnamese comfort food in an intimate, cozy dining room, and there is outdoor seating too. Start with a bowl of rich bò kho, then move on to garlic noodles crowned with prawns.

Beyond those anchors, the kitchen chases balanced textures and flavor across crisp clam salad, noodle soup, and banh mi. Staff will walk you through the menu and point out details like the warm broth spices. Keep an eye out for the occasional daily special as well, and one of them piles soft shell crab over the noodles.

Dinner runs 5 PM to 10 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Saturday and Sunday open earlier, at 12 PM, and close at 10 PM, which makes room for a midday bowl on the weekend. Just skip Tuesday, when the restaurant is closed all day long.
