Description

Now run by Uncle Haven's nephews, Mike, Niko, and Costa Maltabes, the shop traces its scale to an early partnership with Italian People's Bakery, demanding rolls so large they barely fit on the counter. Alongside sausage hoagies and cheesesteaks, the kitchen turns out fast, distinct orders like the Sanchez and the sauce-topped, fried-shrimp Chavez. Sandwiches run substantial enough that eating half is already a full serving.
