Hemlock State took shape around three homebrewers who love to cook and experiment. What began as a kitchen hobby shifted in 2015 into a converted Shoreline garage open on Saturdays, quickly gathering a local following that outpaced capacity. In Mountlake Terrace, the team carries that original casual garage atmosphere forward into a neighborhood taproom, welcoming both kids and dogs.
