🍝 Pasta With a Design Pedigree
Hells Kitchen Italian dining takes center stage at Nittis, where the Durollari family brings nearly four decades of culinary experience to Manhattan. Handmade ricotta ravioli and spicy paccheri vodka anchor a mid-priced menu filled with regional classics, house pesto gnocchi, and fresh branzino.
Brothers Arben and Kuj Durollari provided the artistic direction for the dining room, drawing inspiration from their background styling major music artists. Tables can share fresh wood-fired pizza and craft cocktails before moving on to rich pasta courses, making the neighborhood room welcoming for relaxed weeknight dinners, private parties, and festive celebrations.
Doors open at 4 PM Monday through Thursday, while weekend dining starts at noon and runs until half past 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Sunday service also opens at noon and wraps up at 11 PM, giving diners reliable evening options throughout the entire week.
