Description
For over two decades, the Foundation has commissioned one-of-a-kind heart sculptures from local artists on an annual cycle. The public project channels support to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, the city’s only public hospital, which provides care to over 100,000 residents each year, most of whom are underinsured or uninsured.
