Handmade noodles lead the way at this cozy College Point Boulevard spot, where the regional selection runs to hundreds of dishes. Start with beef noodle soup, or turn to rice noodle soup with pig intestines for another of the kitchen specialties. Sparerib noodle soup and sweet potato noodles widen the choices without leaving that noodle focus.
