🥘 Handmade Every Morning

DubuHaus puts handmade tofu at the center of a Korean meal at 6 E 32nd Street in Koreatown. Each morning, the kitchen works with organic, non GMO soybeans for its signature prime rib soondubu. Start there, then look beyond the stews.

The wider menu also includes cod fish jeon and perilla noodles with bossam, giving the table more to work through beyond a bowl of stew. Rice brings crisped bits at the bottom of the bowl, with banchan including seasoned vegetables and pumpkin mash. Free soy soft serve closes the meal, while Friday nights fill the room.

Doors open Monday through Wednesday from half past eleven AM to half past ten PM, Thursday from half past eleven AM to midnight, Friday from half past eleven AM to 1 AM, Saturday from 11 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday from 11 AM to half past ten PM.
