Flatiron Hand Rolled Pasta With Emilia Romagna Roots
Pair house made pasta with Northern Italian wines in a cozy 60 seat room with indoor or outdoor tables.
🍝 Rolled by Hand
Flatiron has a table for the pasta obsessed at Rezdôra, where the cooking looks to Emilia Romagna. Chef Secchi and partner David Switzer lead the restaurant at 27 East 20th Street. The name refers to the head of household, or the nonna who rolls the dough, and the menu follows through with house made, hand rolled pastas.
Traditionally prepared meat and fish join local vegetables on the menu, with Northern Italian wines alongside. The setting is chic and cozy, with 60 seats and a choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
Service runs Monday from 5 PM to half past ten PM, Tuesday through Friday from noon to half past two PM and 5 PM to half past ten PM, and Saturday and Sunday from half past eleven AM to half past two PM and 5 PM to half past ten PM.
