Step inside this grand Lower Manhattan landmark to see classic art scale up and animate. Projections blanket the entire space, mapping color across the floors, walls, and ceiling. While rotating exhibitions have featured the works of Klimt, Hundertwasser, and Renaissance masters, the experience is less about quiet study and more about being enveloped by sound and light. The central show runs for about an hour, but you are welcome to sit and linger for as long as you like. For a different perspective, head down to the basement level to see how the digital canvas wraps around the building's historic bones.
