Art dealer Kavi Gupta and art historian Jessica Moss reconfigured the Washington Boulevard loft with Jonathan Splitt Architects and Project Interiors. The residence was built to handle heavy foot traffic and impromptu salon-style gatherings, incorporating bespoke spaces for visiting curators. Fourteen-foot walls catch natural light from clerestory windows and automated skylights, complemented by features like a double-height wine library.
