Cove brings chef Flynn McGarry and his California inspired approach to the West Village, with a frequently changing menu built around local produce. At 285 West Houston Street, the polished, wood toned dining room offers two ways to settle in for a meal. Choose the four course menu near the kitchen or order a la carte in the airy main room.
Roasted quail and black cod feature among the dishes, alongside house made nonalcoholic drinks. Plates are presented with care. The tasting menu also extends to eight courses at 220 dollars per person.
Service runs Tuesday through Thursday from half past five PM to 9 PM, Friday from half past five PM to half past nine PM, and Saturday from noon to half past two PM and half past five PM to half past nine PM, with Monday and Sunday closed.
