Festive Mexican Plates with Frozen Margaritas and a Photo Booth
Happy hour at the bar starts at 2 PM on Fridays, and weekend brunch runs until 4 PM near Battery Park.
🌶️ Regional Plates
El Vez builds a Lower Manhattan night around regional Mexican plates, frozen margaritas, and a signature photo booth between rounds. The space at 259 Vesey Street runs from a lively central bar to colorful dining rooms and a wraparound patio, with tables spaced wide enough to linger.
House made guacamoles, enchiladas, and birria nachos lead the menu, and the drinks list goes deep on tequilas and mezcals. Happy hour stays at the bar and kicks off at 2 PM on Fridays, two hours ahead of the 4 PM start Monday through Thursday, with both windows closing at 7 PM.
Lunch runs weekdays from half past eleven AM to 4 PM, brunch fills Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and dinner goes from 4 PM to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday and to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. The PATH station and Battery Park sit close by, which makes El Vez an easy meeting point for an after work round or a weekend brunch with friends.
