Description

Across the plaza, the grounds hold a historic clock and a kiln alongside two dedicated sculptures. Anthony Smith’s globe celebrates the neighborhood’s diverse heritage, while Bruce Hassan’s bronze ‘Ark’ symbolizes the park as a safe haven for local families. Opened in 1985 and named for pastor Father Alfred Boeddeker, the space pairs its slides and swings with a community clubhouse hosting year-round activity programs.
