🍔 A Local Butcher Connection

Heidi’s House by the Side of the Road and its sister space, Ed’s Elbow Room, keep the Upper East Side meal intimate at 308 East 78th Street. The room is low lit, seating is limited, and the menu stays small and focused. Seasonal comfort food shares the table with craft beer and wine.

For the burgers, the kitchen uses patties from local butcher Ottomanelli’s, served on English muffins. Artichoke salad and mac and cheese round out the shared plates, while lobster paella brings seafood into the mix.

Hours run Monday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday from 5 PM to half past ten PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 11 PM, Friday from 5 PM to half past eleven PM, Saturday from 4 PM to half past eleven PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to half past ten PM.
