Two Look-Alike Contests Are Set for Washington Square Park on Nov. 7
Two Partiful contests, two prize packs and one Nov 7 permit for Garibaldi Plaza, with no rain plan posted on either page.
🎭 Holmes Versus Fielder, One Afternoon
Two separate look-alike contests share Washington Square Park on Saturday, Nov 7, both at 1pm. The Elizabeth Holmes listing runs to 3pm at Garibaldi Plaza, the paved corner of the park. The Nathan Fielder page names only the park.
Holmes hopefuls compete for an orange jumpsuit and a DNA kit. Fielder hopefuls play for a 50 dollar gas rebate and a business school certificate. Watching is free, and both pages ask anyone coming, contestant or spectator, to RSVP there.
A permit is on file. City rules require a Special Event permit above 20 people in a park, and approval takes 21 to 30 days. The city's approved event list shows a Nov 7 permit naming both contests. Neither page mentions it, and neither host has posted a rain plan or a crowd cap. In 2024 a Chalamet look-alike contest here was broken up by police and its organizer fined 500 dollars. Check the pages before you leave. Take the West 4th Street subway and keep your phone in a front pocket.
