Dungeness Crab and Marina Views After Work at Pier 39
Eat Italian comfort food at Swiss Louis, with chicken parmigiana alongside a seafood menu on the waterfront.
🦀 Dinner Above the Pier
Swap the last work email for a table above the waterfront. Swiss Louis sits on the upper level of Pier 39, pairing garlic roasted Dungeness crab with Italian comfort food. Make it a seafood supper, or let a pasta craving set the direction for the evening.
Inside, a wood beamed dining room has window tables framing views toward the Golden Gate Bridge, the city skyline, and the sea lions. The kitchen also serves chicken parmigiana, calamari, and seasonal Bay catches, with cocktails alongside the food. There is room here for the friend ordering from the Italian side and the one looking toward the water for dinner.
Swiss Louis began operating in San Francisco in 1936. It opens from 11 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 11 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday, leaving an evening window for a stop once the working day is done.
