Daniel Humm's Wood-Fired Chicken and a Martini Cart
A wood-fired dinner from the Eleven Madison Park team, with a martini cart built at your table in the main dining room.
🎨 Designed With Artists
Pierre Yovanovitch designed the room, and Francesco Clemente and Rashid Johnson added site-specific murals and paintings. A wood-burning oven anchors the open kitchen, and the cooking stays à la carte.
Brigitte's roasted chicken for two comes from Amish farms in Lancaster, with bread crumbs, butter, lemon, thyme and garlic under the skin, roasted in rounds and finished in the wood-fired oven, then served with jus and brown butter. A whole charcoal-grilled branzino for two and crispy feta with sesame and shallot agrodolce round out the meal. On the October sample menu the chicken is $108, the branzino $125 and the feta $16, and prices follow the market.
The dining room carries the full menu. The bar and lounge run a shorter list of snacks, small plates and cocktails, and the chicken and branzino appear only on the dining-room menu. The martini cart circles the main dining room and builds each drink at the table. Resy releases tables at noon three weeks ahead. Walk-ins are taken at the bar when seats are open, though seats are not guaranteed. Cancellations inside six hours and no-shows cost $50 per person in the dining room, $25 at the bar and lounge. Dinner runs 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM nightly at 435 Hudson St, at Leroy Street, a five-minute walk from the 1 at Houston Street or about seven from Christopher Street–Stonewall.
