Description

Named after longtime Chicago mayor Richard J. Daley, the plaza operates as an active civic space shaped by a rotating public calendar. The untitled 50-foot Picasso sculpture serves as its permanent focal point, surrounded by an ongoing mix of cultural performances, food trucks, and farmers markets. City events and holiday gatherings also fill the grounds, including the popular Chicago Christkindlmarket during the winter holidays.
