Chef Lana Lagomarsini runs an intimate twelve-seat tasting menu destination in Carnegie Hill, named in honor of her grandmother. The rotating five-course menu draws on the American South, the wider African diaspora, and Caribbean sources, pairing down-home cooking with a refined palate.
