🍽️ French Fare, Bar Burger

Raoul's is a bustling SoHo bistro built around classic French fare, with dinner served every night and a weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM. An extensive wine list runs alongside the menu, and tables can be booked 30 days ahead for anyone planning a specific night.

The Burger Au Poivre plays by its own rules. The pepper crusted burger is served only at the bar, and it is handled strictly first come, first served, which turns an early bar seat into the whole plan for the evening.

Timing makes the difference at 180 Prince Street. The bar opens at 5 PM and the kitchen follows at a quarter past five, making that first stretch of the evening the surest shot at a stool. Dinner then runs until 11 PM from Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday, leaving plenty of night for a slow bottle from that wine list.
