Quick Thai Dinners Before a Times Square Show
Thai plates and cocktails set up an intimate Times Square dinner with crispy spring rolls and peanut dumplings.
🍜 Thai Before Curtain
At Nine sets up a quick Thai dinner before curtain at 592 9th Avenue, a short walk from Times Square. Chandeliers, gilded frames, and red banquettes dress a tightly packed dining room, where small tables sit close and the pace stays brisk.
Start with the crispy spring rolls or the sweet peanut dumplings, the appetizers that tend to steal the table, then move on to pad kee mao. The menu also covers noodles, curries, seafood, and dessert, and a full bar keeps cocktails in the mix for a pre show round.
Midday brings a bundled deal, with an appetizer, entree, and drink on one lunch order. Doors open at 11 AM on weekdays and at noon on weekends, lunch specials run until half past three PM every day, and the room closes at half past ten PM Sunday through Thursday and at 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. An early table leaves plenty of time for the walk to a show.
