Classic Cocktails Follow Historical Eras At This Vegas Lounge

Pair Italian influenced dishes with a reverse happy hour that starts at midnight from Monday to Saturday.

Plan an evening at Herbs & Rye.

🍸 A Menu Through Time

Herbs and Rye takes your evening off the Strip and into a dimly lit lounge at 3713 W Sahara Ave in Las Vegas, with a speakeasy style atmosphere. The drink menu runs chronologically by historical era, tracing classic cocktail history through the drinks. Owner and mixologist Nectaly Mendoza opened the venue in December 2009, and Mariano Ochoa became executive chef in 2011.

The kitchen leans into Italian influences and hearty meats. You can order double cut pork chops, or settle on sirloin cooked to order with onions and mushrooms. Pick your preferred cut and leave room for a classic from the bar.

From Monday to Saturday, the lounge is open from 5 PM to 3 AM, with happy hour from 5 PM to 8 PM, a reverse window from midnight to closing, and Sunday closed. Both windows bring half price steaks, cocktails, wine, beer, and appetizers.
