Ci Siamo: Thanksgiving Tasting, Then Vessel Lights at Dusk

Ci Siamo serves its Thanksgiving prix fixe on November 26 from noon to 7:30 PM, priced at $155 per person with beverages, 8.875% tax and gratuity extra. The kitchen runs a festive three-course lineup centered on wood-fired cooking and handmade pasta: primi include cast iron focaccia, wild boar pappardelle, squash tortellini in brodo, or tuna tonnato ($26 supplement); secondi feature turkey al limone with braised legs and vermouth, smoked duck with sunchokes, wood-fired whole trout, or black truffle lasagna. The walk heads west along 33rd Street, roughly six minutes and half a kilometer on foot, ending at the Public Square and Gardens. Shine Bright at Hudson Yards runs November 16 through January 7, illuminating the neighborhood with over two million lights, 725 evergreen trees and 115 miles of string lights on the Vessel. Sunset on November 26 falls at 4:31 PM, shifting the afternoon from dinner to glowing outdoor sculptures. Outdoor light displays require no tickets, while Vessel visits take about 30 minutes inside. Subway options include the 7 train at 34 St–Hudson Yards and the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 at Penn Station. Weather can close the Vessel, while the outdoor grounds stay open.
